Delivery and pickup
What it costs, how long it takes, and where you collect. The promises behind it are in the shipping and delivery policy.
How it works
At checkout you choose a pickup station near you — Jumia Delivery has stations in most counties. The shop packs your order, drops it at its own nearest station, and it travels to yours. You get a text when it is ready; bring your ID and order code to collect it.
Delivery is one charge for your whole basket, worked out from its total weight and the distance from the farthest shop — never per item. Checkout shows the price of every station before you choose, and the date it should be ready. There is nothing added afterwards.
- Free delivery over KSh 3,000.00 on your basket.
- Some shops deliver free. Their offer applies when your basket is theirs alone; with more than one shop in it, delivery is charged.
- Items bought on a shop's live stream can come with free delivery from that shop.
Jumia Delivery
The shop drops your parcel at its nearest Jumia pickup station and Jumia carries it to the station you choose. You get an SMS when it is ready — carry your ID and order number to collect. Parcels wait 7 days at the station.

Every station belongs to a zone; checkout shows each one's price, so you do not need to work it out.
What it costs
From the shop's zone to yours, by the basket's weight: small up to 5 kg, medium up to 15 kg, large up to 35 kg. Business days are from the shop's drop-off.

Common questions
Why does a basket from two shops take longer?
Each shop drops its own parcel at its own station, so they can arrive on different days. Checkout shows the date the last one should be ready.
How do I follow my parcel?
Once the shop hands it over, your order shows the tracking number and a link to the delivery service's tracker. We text you when it is ready to collect.
How long do I have to collect it?
7 days. After that the parcel goes back to the shop.
It says ready but the station cannot find it
Do not confirm receipt. Open the order and use "Something is wrong" — your order is covered by Buyer Protection while we sort it out.
Can I change the station after ordering?
Before the shop drops it off, yes — contact support with your order code. Once it is on its way it cannot be redirected.
Do you deliver outside Kenya?
Not yet.
